For over 10 years, Regine Jean-Baptiste has built a track record of driving organizational growth and expansion both in the nonprofit and for-profit sector. Prior to joining Lighthouse LANDS as Executive Director, she was designing and implementing opportunities for community engagement as the Pastor of Mission and Discipleship at White Plains UMC in Cary, NC. In the for-profit sector, Regine was a Senior Consultant, leading technical and instructional design teams in the development of customized technological solutions for multinational corporations seeking a sustainable competitive advantage. She has worked with clients such as Aramark, Alcoa, and Novant Healthcare Systems. Regine started her career at General Electric within their coveted Information Management Leadership Development program. She established her strong technical and business acumen within various leadership positions at G.E. Financial Assurance such as Infrastructure Leader and Corporate Web Project Manager in the Connecticut, North Carolina and Virginia G.E. businesses. Regine’s professional work experience also expands to other large multinational organizations such as Genworth Financial, Tyco Electronics and Eastman Kodak Company.
Regine is a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar, a member of the Monmouth County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, G.E. Financial African American Forum Volunteer of the Year, NJIT Women Center’s Female Leader of the Year, and holds membership in both Phi Eta Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Societies. She is also a Cum Laude graduate of the Albert Dorman Honors College at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Regine holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Duke University. She currently resides in Durham, NC.
